Electric Windows Air Conditioning CD Multichanger We have owned the car for almost three years now, we`re the second owner. It is in excellent condition, no trolley dings or parking scrapes, even the alloy wheels remain unmarked. It has been maintained regardless of cost, what ever it has need it has got. The interior is also immaculate, never smoked in or carried animals. Not rips, holes, burns or ware to any of the seats. It has always had mats fitted, these are also in good condition. It is very cheap to run, always returns close to 60mpg. I`ve also manged to squeeze 74mpg on a long run, with over 600 miles to a tank. Sits in tax band C, therefore only costs £30 per annum. Insurance group 6. Service history: 12k (2005) - Ford 25k (2006) - Ford 37k (2007) - Ford 50k (2008) - Ford 62k (2009) - Independant 74k (2010) - Ford 85k (2011) - Ford - Timing Belt, water pump and tensioners were also changed (Not due till 150,000 miles but rather be on the safe side) 97k (2011) - Ford Next service due: 110,000 miles or 24/11/12 We have just had a new clutch fitted last week. The turbo was replaced at 85,000 miles in January last year, common failure on the 1.6 TDCi unit. I have loads of receipts for all parts and servicing that has been carried out, all previous MOT`s. Both keys and book pack are present. Fully stamped service book and body and paint record Continental Contisport tyres fitted all round, rears are like new and fronts still have a good life span. Tax is due at the end of the month, and will be renewed if the right price is agreed. MOT expires 24th June, which again will be renewed if the price is right. The only fault with the car is the CD player can be a bit tempremental, sometimes won`t read CD`s or starts skipping. Otherwise, every thing is in excellent working order.
