manual transmission | 2.0 TDCi Diesel, 79200 miles. | Just serviced and MOT-ed (21 March 2012), taxted until February 2013. | This is the top equipment of this model (full spec at the bottom of this page) and there is some extras added on like: | Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (worth £200) | each tyre has a wireless sensor fitted that sends signal to the computer which is located inside the car. It tells you tyre pressure and tyre temperature. It also informs you when the tyre pressure is too low or temperature too high. Keeping correct tyre pressure extends tyres durability and improves fuel consumption. It is very useful, especially that the car has fantastic Continental Sport2 Runflat tyres with rim protection (worth £1000). You can drive up to 100 miles on flat tyre but the speed needs to be limited to 40mph. Please, note that there is only 3 of this tyres that are runflat as one of them had to be replaced. | We also add a set of superb Goodyear Ultragrip winter tyres (worth £1000). This set is 2 years old but still in great condition. In 2010/11 winter our car was one of very few cars on the whole street that managed to drive when it was snowing. Other cars where stuck for nearly 3 weeks. Considering that my wife is self- employed and she uses the car to commute to work, the tyres have paid off pretty quickly. | This car has a fair mileage of 79k. This is mostly due to our trips to Europe and many long journey throughout the UK.We have been twice to Poland and once to Croatia. The car was performing very well and never had any problems with it. This is one of the reasons we buy another S-Max. | The fuel consumption is about 40-44 mpg when driving in town only.On the long trips it varies between 52-57 mpg.As photos show at avarage speed 14mph, fuel consumption is 42.3mpgI drive the car when we are going on trips and my wife drives it on daily basis. | The car overall condition is very good. 2 full services on it . New tyres. I have recently had the clutch done - and since that was done it now needs something else doing - neither of us know anything about cars we just know it was something that could of been done at the same time as clutch but wasn`t . It makes the clutch vibrate so when you turn it off it rattles loudly unless you keep you`r foot on the clutch ! We were told it would cost about £500 . Doesnt effect driving it. It has been well used but I would say it`d in ok/ good condition - I`f has a big scratch down the drivers wing from some kids ! Shown in photos ! And done other minor marks . Tow bar .
