(being honest here) Bought the car with the Mil light on originally, it is code p0407 low circuit b issue.Does not effect the car with mpg or peformance. The error relates to a 5v circuit not completing correctly, but can be any of the sensors as they all work on 5v. and nippy and does over 40mpg around the doors. The interior is in good order (I`ll post some photos when I give it a clean out) all the electrics work as they should and there is no warning lights on the dash. It was Mot`d in January and went through only needing a wheel bearing and a drop link. I took the tape deck radio out and put a genuine Ford CD stereo in it. There is also a set of 4 steel wheels with Winter/Snow tyres on them.The bad points, one of the rear doors doesn`t work off the central locking but works fine manually. The body work is a bit ropey, there`s a few scratches of each side of the car and the bottoms of the doors are starting to rust. That really is it, nothing major. I`m only selling it as I need to raise some funds to buy a van for a new business venture. car has test until the end of march next year but the tax has expired but will tax at the buyers expense if needed, cheap tax 72 pound for 6 month. mechanically the car is great, it`s had a lot of money spent on it new clutch,diesel pump,timing belt, exhaust, also has just been serviced brakes oil,filters ect. The only thing which i think i should mention is it has a slight noise now and again from the passenger side drive shaft but doesn`t affect the way the car drives in any way at all. This car would get you any were just being honest. One other thing is the clocks failed on me last year so had to replace them so the car is reading 38000 now but the millage is actually 120000 give or take. Your more than welcome to do your checks, again just being honest. It has a few small rust patches starting to come through the worst being on the rear wheel arch as shown in pic but bear in mind it`s still a 10 year old car. apart from some new tyres now and again.The car comes with 12 months MOT, 8 months TAX, bodywork in good clean condition for its age, little scratches here and there, you may want to get the mirrors resprayed if you want to be fussy, very little signs of rusting, interior is also very clean for it age, one small cigarette burn on the back seats is the worst part i found. Engine-wise never had any problems apart from a whistling sound which will go away after around 20 minutes of driving, i am told by a mechanic this is nothing to worry about just an alternator belt that could do with tightening the next time the alternator is changed. One more bad problem is that the original stereo that comes with the car will not play CDs as the CD multichanger does not work, i have tried to fix this myself but there is a CD stuck inside that i cannot get out, the power to the multichanger still works so maybe somebody can still fix this problem, the stereo itself still works fine, i used an aftermarket CD player that worked fine.As you would expect there are many extras on this car as it is a ghia model which include : heated electric mirrors, heated front screen, air conditioning, electric drivers seat height adjustment, front electric windows, rear spoiler, front fog lights and steering wheel stereo control.The car comes with more than 1/2 a tank of diesel (picture 5) as i am not longer insured to drive the car i left it how it is.Please DO NOT press the buy it now button until the cash is in my hands.Viewings very welcome call or text John on 07883955249 for any questions or to arrange a viewing.CASH ON COLLECTION ONLY X | £995.00 | |||||||

me it had a replacement 50k mile engine and re-con clutch and box less than two years ago however I have no receipts to warrant this. I will say the engine starts first time, is nice and quiet with no smoke, knocks or bangs and it pulls very well indeed. Clutch is silky smooth. Slight notch going into second sometimes but gears smooth and tight. Handles perfectly. Stops on a dime. It does have a few minor issues and wear and tear as well as the odd trademark Transit rust spot (bit of a touch up would do it wonders) but is a typical Transit, built to last. Come and have a look and a test drive. I will put a fresh MOT on for the asking price for peace of mind as I am certain it will only need a windcreen as has a small crack. Or make an offer and take it away. Please note, I will not accept your offers through ebay due to previous timewasters not showing. First person to put some cash in my hand secures it. Of recent the following very important (expensive) jobs have been done with bills to prove: CLUTCH (full kit) including brake fluid change and flywheel re grind (solid flywheel not the problematic dual mass!!) TIMING BELT and WATER PUMP plus tensioners, and oil change. Front and rear drop links replaced. If you know about cars then you will appreciate that the above all important jobs go along way to making this car a good buy! This car is in overall good condition, it does however have age related marks and scars which are to be expected at this age. The bonnet has a minor scars and dent (see picture) that can be easily repaired but you may wish to browse ebay for an exact colour replacement, and you will pay around £30, very easily replaced!! or live with it! This I am sure will make an economical little 54 plate car for some body, cheap tax, excellent MPG, major jobs carried out - great runaround. Central locking power steering recent tyres and brakes exhaust replaced a couple of years ago 3x rear seat belts TDDi reliable engine some service bills from Maza dealership, Northumberland.
