Here for sale is probably one of the cleanest Probes around,,, carefull maintained and looked after by its previous owners,,,bodywork is superb with no rust,even the sunroof area is rust free (normally a problem area) one very small car park mark on p/side rear wing (Im picky) rest of body is superb,,
For those that dont know this is a Ford bodied Mazda so has normal Japanese reliability,,,
Interior is superb,no seat damage or wear,bolsters are perfect,carpets unmarked,sunroof works fine,interior belies its age !!!
Electric d/seat bolsters work fine,sunroof works fine as do all windows and c/lock....
Car has had a repacement modified distributor which houses the immobiliser which is an achilles heel with these cars(common problem) so now this has been done and immobiliser removed from distributor so no future problems,,still has immobiser flashing light as deterant.
Car drives just like a Mazda,smooth and responsive,engine with only 76000 miles recorded is silky smooth,clutch and gearbox is lovely....
Car is a pleasure to drive,,,,
There is an active owners club for this pending classic !!!
Wheels are all good as are the tyres'
twin socket towbar is fitted.
