Welcome to the sale of my 1991 Sierra Sapphire 4x4 Cosworth. Will be supplied with J*** YHH standard plate NOT the private plate in the pictures.
In general very good condition with only minor marks.
Standard engine bar a full Stainless Mongoose exhaust system, K&N Filter, Blue Samco Silicon Hoses and a Bailey Dump Valve
Never been chipped or played with otherwise. Recently fitted two new ABS Sensors and a new genuine Ford header tank.
Recent top end rebuild with headgasket kit and cambelt kit at 135000, engine is very quiet, even from cold, with no smoke.
Recent Bottom arms, wheel bearings etc
If required the car can come with the full standard Genuine Ford Exhaust System (need a large van) standard airbox etc.
Full Raven Leather interior with some wear but no rips to drivers seat. Good door cards. Slight sag in headlining like they all have. Mint late Black dashboard with no cracks or splits.
Car will come with 5 x 15' standard Cosworth Lattice alloys (good tyres) however the 17' 7 Spokes will be offered to the winning bidder on top of the final selling price (also good tyres). Note these are NOT included in the auction.
Bodywork is very good, genuine and straight believed to be on original panelwork, only low owners back this up.
Slight rust coming through on rear arches, slight bubbles on bottom of drivers door, detailed pictures available on request if required.
Sony Xplod remote head unit included.
Overall a very straight unabused Cosworth that has had Mature owners and a Lady owner for the last 5 years, which requires only slight TLC to make a very nice car for someone. Drives nice and straight with no knocks, bangs or rattles, even though the car states 4 owners it was a demonstrator at Chambers Ford, then one family and then me. Due to address changes, and changes in family circumstances etc, this has added the extra owners. This is a Cumbria supplied car and its always remained in the county.
We are Long time RSOC members, and the car has attended many Cumbria RSOC events, and other Regional days.
