This is an auction for my treasured 1937 Ford Model 'T'.   This is a very reluctant sell.  Was going to take her to Spain but finding registration in Spain very costly.  She is a wonderful little car and we have had lots and lots of fun and good times with her, including shows etc. tax exempt she will be sold with a full years mot .

Body - Fibregalss of a 1923 Model'T', made to a modified design by Eddie Wimble (Specialised Autos), originally made in 1978 with a short pick up bed moulded on.  Grille shell is a modified chopped replica 1932 Ford Model B by Eddie Wimble with a wire mesh insert.  Polished aluminium minimal cycle fenders mounted on flat section supports.  Polished stainless steel firewall and stainless steel floor sections over Marine ply panels with access hatch for brake master cylinder.  Body is painted in GM blue.

Chassis - Fabricated steel box section replica by Eddie Wimble, stock design with a 94" wheelbase.

Engine - Aluminium Rover V8 (P6) with a standard high-compression of 10.1, rebuilt to standard internal specs, Edelbrock aftermarket inlet manifold, Carter AFB 4 barrel carburettor and Mr Gasket finned aluminium scoop air filter housing.  Genuine Offenhauser finned aluminium rocker covers (colour-matched with scoop).  Chrome coil, colour-matched distributor, cap and leads, Pertonix electronic ignition module.  New water pump fitted, custom billet aluminium drive belt pulleys, painted and polished up-rated alternator.  Custom stainless steel 1-1/2" diameter exhaust system with internal baffles, chrome sump and custom dipstick.  Modified radiator with custom electric fan.

Trans - Borg Warner 35 automatic transmission with a standard torque-convertor, aftermarket shift lever.

Rear axle - Ford 9" live axle, fitted with a 3.00 - 1 ratio LSD differential, custom suspension brackets, chrome powder-coated.  Chromed rose-jointed suspension links, chrome high-arch "buggy" spring, chrome tubular shock absorbers.

Front axle - Chrome drop tube by Eddie Wimble, chrome multi-leaf spring, chrome rose-jointed 4-bar links, chrome single lever arm shock absorbers.

Steering - Early VW Transporter steering box with shortened column, custom aluminium column shroud, perios Superior 500 blue-flake 3 spoke dished steering wheel.  Chrome Pitman arm, drag link and cross link with Speedway custom steering arms and VW steering damper.

Brakes - Fronts are poliched aluminium Wilwood calipers, custom billet caliper mounts and inner disc shields, stainless steel flexible front hoses.  Rear are standard drums with chrome powder-coated back plates, stainless flexible hoses.  Handbrake lever mounted to the floor.  New Ford 1 in. bore dual circuit master cylinder (mounted under floor) with residual pressure valves fitted to both circuits.

Wheels - Chrome smoothies, 7 x 15 rears, 5 x 15 front, matching chrome smoothy  hub caps, chrome some top wheel nuts.

Tyres - Wide white side-wall radial tyres; 235/75 x 15 rears, 165SR x 15 fronts

Interior - re-upholstered in leather, as you can see from the pictures, by Andover Family Repair.  In Light blue and the letter 'T' in dark blue picked out, as you can see.  Seat base is removable for easy access to electrical equipment.  New fitted carpets with ruber heal pad on driver's side.  Switch panel fitted to seat riser housing ignition, indicators and headlamp dip.  Solid wood dash panel, fitted with 6 matching Classic instruments guages,dimming switch for gauges under dash, rotary switches for lights, cooling fan and hazard lights.

Accessories - Custom made folding hood using Speedway hood frame kit, modified to enable it to be dismantled and stowed in carry bag.  Hood custom made in BMW dark blue mohair with removable side screens and opening rear window (with stylised Maltese Cross design), Matching expandable carry bag.
